Returns
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@ething360.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions for returning the product.

Ship the product back to the provided address within the 14-day return window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds will be completed within 14 working days from the date the return is approved.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@ething360.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
